I received a Zenithink Android tablet which was not what I ordered. The tablet I received has an 800Mhz processor, and does not have multitouch. I have verified this with several testing apps and will send details if you wish.
It was missing the ethernet cable listed as included.
The accessory sleeve case supplied it too small for this tablet.
Please supply the tablet as per the advertised specification and arrange for the return of the incorrect item sent.

Thank you for the offer to replace my Android tablet with one that is actually has the specification I purchased: multi-touch screen 1Ghz processor.

I am not satisfied that you want extra money. I am also not sure what you mean by " But please take the shipping costs of returning into account. That will be very high."

The item I puchased has "Description Warranty" which I am asking you to honour and "Free Return Shipping" which I would also expect you to honour.
However I see that there are other improvements in the specification of the alternative tablet you offer, so I am willing to pay the extra 15USD you suggest. I will not pay for additional shipping in violation of the advertised conditions on the original sale.

I should also point out that I WILL TEST THE REPLACEMENT TABLET, if it also fails e.g. does not have 1Ghz cpu, I will expect futher compensation.

If this is not acceptable you may prefer to accept return of the tablet for full refund as originally requested.

I have been checking to find the most economical way of returning the tablet. I am amazed at how expensive it is. The same UPS service you used would cost AUD$264 from Aus. to China, DHL would charge AUD$234, and the cheapest I can find is Australia Post at AUD$59. (I can send screen shots if want them, if you give an email address to send to.)
I didn't suggest this earlier as I wasn't sure if it was reasonable, but I having seen these prices can I suggest that if you would offer a higher partial refund I would accept the tablet you sent. With AUD$59 = US$63.50 for return post, would you consider a US$45 refund? And save us all further time and effort.

Nevermind, the tablet is not 1Ghz as I expected (20% less) or multi-touch, I suggested a partial refund much less than it wiould cost you for return postage. I already have an 800Mhz singltouch tablet, the only benefit to me is better OS which alone is not worth the full price less only AUD$9.26. I will send back by Aust Post.

I need to explain that 1GHZ will be highest speed when the website envirronment and other conditons is very good, It is very normal to see the difference of the GHZ, you also can take a look at the official website of this tablet pc , it also descript like this .

About the multitouch , we are willing to refund you 10USD as a compensation .

I have returned the tablet by Australia Post, the actual price was slightly lower due to my scales being less accurate than the official Post Office scales, cost was AUD$53.50; it is detailed on the postage label on the package, do you want me to also send scan of the receipt and postage registration form, and if so how should I send them?

Postage rates from Australia are too high, I did not take the tracking option for the tablet return; it will require signature on delivery so I will have confirmation when your receive it.
As you have already declined to supply a tablet with the specifications advertised at the price listed, I expect a full refund including return postage as previously discussed, after I have confirmation of delivery from Australia Post.

I am an Australian worker who can't afford to buy a Motorola or Samsung tablet but purchases instead from a Chinese company which sells in to North America, West Europe and Australia. When you send me a tablet that is not as described because you make a mistake on your product description, on a web page which includes "description warranty" and "free return shipping," you want me to pay for the cost of returning it. please think a little on my side, I would lose money. I would expect an internationally trading company to have some funds to cover such mistakes.

I have searched for the official website but cannot find it. I have found many users of the Z102 version of the ZT280 who post that it only runs at 800Mhz (perhaps the C91 version which you offered for a higher price runs at that speed.)
e.g. http://www.slatedroid.com/topic/23812-zenithink-z102-cortex-a9-aka-flytouch-5-superpad/page__view__findpost__p__257922 where is is suggested that maybe some versions of the chip can run at higher speeds, but in the Z102 it is only 800Mhz.

I 'm not sure if Alibaba are going to be much help, so far I've lodged a complaint using the general complaint form (it's too late for me to raise another "dispute") and the lady who responded said "I am sorry to hear your unpleasant experience for Order 1006628085 and I am willing to assist you with this issue."  But she goes on to say "I found that currently you are discussing with the supplier about this issue. I suppose this is the best way to resolve the issue and kindly suggest you to keep contacting him to reach an agreement."  As the Eternal Team haven't even replied to my last communication (5 days ago,) I'm not optimistic that  I'll reach an agreement, and from the tone of the response I'm really not sure how much assistance Alibaba are going to provide.

(I just notice that I haven't mentioned what should have been the first warning: it took them over a week just to despatch the tablet in the first place - they recorded it as sent in Alibaba but the UPS tracking service reported it as "Label printed, awaiting despatch" until I sent a message asking what was going on.)

So - Description Warranty, Speedy Processing, Free Return shipping.  But only if you read the fine print; you can't just trust them to honour it, you have tofollow the intricacies of the process, not easy or obvious for a first time buyer.  And apparently the "Desription Warranty" only applies until you pay.  So bad luck if you find something wrong later.
